Sunday night and we are home safely....

We drove down to Louisville for Amber's baby shower and it is remarkable how a couple hundred miles can make in different the colors and buds on the trees and plants bursting up from the soil. The shower was so wonderful and seeing my cousins and Aunt Delores as well as my sister Donna and my brother Michael.. We are very tired but the books Amber received and shower gifts were so welcoming for the little boy that we knows as Mason James...he will arrive here on earth around April 18. A new baby is an affirmation for the hope and well being here on earth.

The red monkey was a hit at the shower and hopefully will fit right in the new baby's room. I am settling back into the house for right now and have to prepare for the best friend's sewing class tomorrow. The suitcase needs to be unpacked and the laundry started and sorted. May your night be blessed and restful. Imagine and Live in Peace, Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart

  2. Yes I did see the bulbs breaking through the soil and tiny buds....but this afternoon here in Newark we have had freezing rains, hard sleet and now snowfall. Back to the drawing board. Thank you for stopping by, Mary Helen
