Friday...Saturday...Sunday....

The past three days have been a blur to me.  I worked and felt tired so I went home and slept.  That sounds like a good idea.  A winter's blast hit on Saturday ...and I stayed under the covers.  I would lie and say I watched old movies but the truth is I slept.  The fatigue is amazingly strong...and my body is responding to a new medication in a severe manner.  Sunday I got dressed but I will be seeing my doctor on Tuesday morning... my glands are like swollen golf balls in my neck.

I did quilt during the 47th Super Bowl and I actually enjoyed this game and half time show.  I was pulling for the Ravens but both teams were a joy to watch them play.  I do admit to watching Downton Abby on PBS...I can not leave this series for even the Super Bowl.

The winter snows arrived early in the afternoon....it took Ken 2 hours to get home safely.
Candice shared her tablet and Keith shared a view of last year's outreach with the Veterans Who have Won the Purple Heart for their service to our country.
Yes I am still sorting through the donations from Christy ...beautiful Spring  colors...delicate colors on the most part....

Candice took great note to prepare her mind for brain storming session...luckily she has a son who played in this local Soccer league a couple years ago.

I am creating a 50th anniversary card for a dear couple who are happy to have made this special anniversary.
Today I went in and made an appointment wit Keith ...he is charge of this year's 2013 Soccer Tournament on May 4 and 5.  I introduced him to my intern Candice Hopkins who has promised to assist him in this year's tee shirt design.  The Newark Soccer league is collaborating with the Heath Seratoma agency to make good hearing available for all in our community.."We are all here/hear to play ball!"  This project is worthwhile because he has invited Candice to set up a booth / tent on the edge of the fields to present her new business venture to the community and visitors arriving at the tournament.

My brain is tired...maybe I will get an answer...there really is chemo brain ...fatigue...and fog.  Be well...make art...and imagine and live in Peace,  Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart
