I did not get the number of works in this exhibit but it was large..........

Even Santa Claus showed up for the celebration!
Last night the room was buzzing with excitement as Wib Mock held his retrospective wood working exhibit at The Works .  The room was filled with people who love Wib and Love his wood  creations.  Wib is a gentle man with quiet gentle ways and he was honored last night for his life time of working with incredible woods from around the world.  ken bought me a special button box for Christmas...and I will collect and save my favorite treasure buttons forever in this memento made by Wib in 2005.  It is signed and a treasure to old onto for the years to come and hopefully someone will in the family will treasure this for the years to come.  I have taken the day in bed...I am having a difficult time adjusting to the new regiment of new meds and my body just needs more time.  I hope you enjoy the photos that celebrate Wib's life captured in wood working arts.                                    Imagine and Live in Peace,  Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart

  2. Wow - his work is so beautiful. I love the little box you got, and I can think of nothing better than to store little treasured buttons inside it (since I have a small button addiction haha). I hope you feel better soon, my friend! xox
