What a glorious day here with sunshine and happy Mexican foods and music to bless the day. I made a chicken breasts in black beans , tomatoes, garlic, onions, and green peppers. We had a sour dough bread to dip and sop up the wonderful flavors in the sauce...yum yum yum! If I say so myself...I feel I have honored the Cinco de Mayo traditions.
Tonight I volunteered at the Midland Theater for a sold out show for Mr. Darius Rucker. This fine Southern gentleman never failed to please the audience with a great light show, fabulous band all from Nashville, and a special wide screen that allowed everyone to see even when the aisles were full of happy dancing fans. I am very tired and ever so grateful to meet such a kind and generous musician with a wonderful group of passionate musicians behind him. I worked in the studio but forgot to take my camera out most of them time. I guess I was just engrossed in the process of making my marks and sorting the design elements I need to complete a commission for our local Hospice. Have a great evening and sweet dreams.
