a day with children.....simple gifts............

 Judy has loved these 11 month old twins  ... since they were even born last summer....this little one is walking...well running...
the children are the stars this afternoon!

 Little Momma is holding her twin sister while they wait for some good German cooking.......

 she is a "flutterbye girl" and holds her Dad's heart in her tiny hands....

 this tiny little man sat so patiently to get his first face painting...he wanted a small Mickey like his shirt...clear blue trusting eyes...

 Autumn is actually 19 years old and studying to work in early childhood care...such a sweet spirit and gentle soul....

 a serene big sister is beginning middle school in a few weeks......they were a beautiful family here to enjoy the old fashioned German festivities.....

 this young lady loves science and wants to be a veterinarian...she volunteers every Saturday at the new Licking county Humane Society....

 little Talbot wanted a small butterfly...she looks so much like her mother and they live just around the corner...









It was so great to visit with the whole Talbot family....  the children have grown up so fast....

 this tiny girl was fine if she could sit on her cousin Dani's lap....

 the whole family got into the spirit...Dad wanted a big black eye...they drove down from Cleveland...

 a family affair...kittens   bulls... a a fluffy powder kitten....

 this young lady wanted to be a German Flag.......

 the welcoming committee ...makes everyone feel invited to join in the celebrations and delicious foods.........music and choral groups from around the state.......

 this young man had just visited his uncles...and his snakes..........so he wanted a snake on his face..........

That's all folks....it was a perfect heart memory for generations uniting...to celebrate German's cultures...dances...costumes...and wonderful delicious foods.  I am looking forward to returning next August.
