Wednesday sorting papers, UFOs and more marketing orders...

Iced tea and sunshine greeted me as I drove to work...the breezes wrapped around the branches of my trees and I realize I have seen my first Red sugar maple leaves waving back at me. The air is cool and feels clean after the thunderstorm last night. I enjoyed my McDonald's iced tea and opened the studio and faced my procrastination boxes...yes I did unpack and sort four more boxes and I have to admit I enjoy the new idea of order and organization. Who Knew? I am a Virgo by birth but a very messy creative one most of the time.

My friend Mike came over to report that my friend Kascey now has her art supplies and canvases for future art adventures. He spoiled her and allowed her to roam the art store for about two hours and she is ready to take on the world with her art journey. Mike is a gentle spirit who has volunteered over 7000 hours in the Works Museum and has the experience to see and hear how the big picture really works. I think everyone needs a kind Uncle Mike...he is a generous spirit beyond words.

Tonight we returned from a special dinner with the honeymooners ...I have not laughed so hard and I think you might enjoy the wonderful "60" glasses they gave me for a very unique gift. The table was a circle of stories and experiences of past weddings and raising children then and now in 2010. Families are woven together by bloodlines and now even more important by true friendships. i worked today on getting some cards together and have some more research to check for the rituals and ceremonies for the Day of the Dead...the true celebration of our ancestors. 1. Great specs. You all looked like you were having a FINE time. oh yes.......sigh.....the boxes of things that still need to be put away. BUT, BUT, BUT, if I unpack then I'm not painting or sewing or playing..........I need to see it as more of a surprise box. Yes, I will be organized like my dear friend Mary Helen. No wait, maybe Mary Helen should come to my house and unpack while I play, yes? :)Bea
