a quiet day ...simple silence
I have not figured how this new service? for filtering the comments of our personal blogs with their spam box procedure. I hope now my readers will not have the difficulty they were experiencing when they tried to make a comment. I spent the afternoon catching up on the emails and collecting my holiday selections to take to the studio early. Erin is bringing the three little ones over for her meeting with the COTC marketing team working with her Three Kids and a Kitchen caramel business. I want to have plenty to keep the two older ones occupied while I entertain Mr. Lyndon in his high chair with snacks and such. I have now received the new jar of modeling paste gel so hopefully I will be able to complete the life sized Santa by Wednesday so we can take photos of each of Santa's little elves! I have a board meeting on Tuesday and then we have our annual dinner at Cherry Valley Lodge with my friend Vince Morris as the entertainment for the evening. Have a relaxing quiet Sunday night. Enjoy the photos of a couple of my visitors at the studio on Saturday. Pat has purchased a new toy for his grandchildren..?... a remote control helicopter that he practiced flying under control in the central gallery! I then had a quick stop at my dear friends Gay's graduation and family reunion party at her church ...complete with miniature pony rides for the small ones. Then I stopped by Don;s to wish him a happy Veterans day as he was preparing to attend the special dinner that evening at the college campus. Don is improving slowly and had a an impish smile on his face when I left to return home. Peace be with you all, Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart
